Welcome to KloudKlubz inflatable nightclub rental service. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 

Scheduling a reservation 

 

• Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis and are only confirmed upon deposit receipt

. 

• Deposit of 25% is due immediately after your reservation is accepted. 

 

• The remaining balance will be due 5 days prior to the reservation date. 

 

Prices and Payments

 

• The rental prices are available on the website or can be provided in a written proposal. 

 

• Payments can be made via Credit card, Debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm. We also accept cash payments, and we will discuss the arrangements for cash payments at the time of your reservation request. 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

• Cancellations made 5 days or more prior to the reservation date will receive a full refund. 

 

• Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the reservation date will forfeit the deposit. 

 

Safety and Usage 

 

• Client and all client’s guests must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by KloudKlubz. 

      

• The rented item(s)* must not be used in a manner that exceeds its specifications, and no alterations to the rented item(s) are allowed.    

 

 Liability and Indemnification

 

• KloudKlubz is not liable for any damages or injuries arising from the use or misuse of the rented item(s).

 

• The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KloudKlubz from any claims, liabilities, or costs resulting from misusing or violating these terms. 

 

Damages 

 

• The client is responsible for any damages to the rented item(s) beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement fees will be assessed accordingly.

 

• The rented item(s) will be inspected and photographed after KloudKlubz have finished the setup at the client's location and before tear down to ensure no damage has occurred to the rented item(s). 

 

• KloudKlubz does not allow animals, sharp objects, and smoking in the inflatable rentals.

 

Weather Policy

 

• In the event of severe weather conditions that prevent the safe operation of any of our rental items, KloudKlubz reserves the right to cancel the rental and refund the deposit. 

 

Permits and Regulations 

 

• The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, permissions, or approvals for the Event.  

 

Amendments

 

• KloudKlubz reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
